One button prepares the Duty PC. HOBB checks the previous session, starts its safety services, parks HOBB Notepad and Little Helper minimized, starts the conductors, then opens HOBB. Do not close resident services while the status says Ready.

    HOBB keeps the Duty PC session available while it works. You may turn the physical monitor off without stopping HOBB.

    Foreman, HUD & Scope

    Starting HOBB opens the HOBB Foreman Control panel. Use it for setups, diagnosis, and troubleshooting. You can minimize it.

    • Show Scope — small always-on-top HOBBcilloscope on the duty PC (preferred). Browser tab is fallback only.
    • Phone Scope — 60-slice lanes synced from desk Show Scope NOW edge (1s). Foreman top, BLOCKED bottom.
    • Show HUD — small state/status display (opens by default). Place it anywhere; close with X and reopen from Foreman Control.
    • Phone Flow box — if Start “worked” but nothing injects, Flow may say WAITING_ON_YOU: leave Cursor/Claude off the front window.

    Background service consoles stay hidden or minimized. Use the Control Panel for normal operation.

    How HOBB keep-awake works

    When HOBB is running, you do not need Anthropic’s Scheduler or Keep Awake. HOBB keeps the duty session awake for the whole orchestrated agent team. If you want the screens dark, use the monitor power switch (usually on the side or bottom). The OS stays awake for inject; the glass can sleep.
